The CW has announced several premiere dates, and one of its stars has posted a photo tease, from the final seasons of a few fan-favorite shows that are coming to a close as the new regime takes control of the network.

First up, they’ve announced the seventh season of “Riverdale” will kick off on March 29th, whilst the fourth season of “Nancy Drew” will commence on May 31st. As a result, both shows are set to reach their series finales simultaneously on August 23rd.

In “Riverdale,” Jughead Jones (Cole Sprouse) attempts to return to the present day with the help of Tabitha Tate (Erinn Westbrook) after finding himself trapped in the 1950s at the end of last season.

The last run of “Nancy Drew” will follow Nancy (Kennedy McMann) as she investigates the disappearance of several corpses from Horseshoe Bay’s cemetery.

Meanwhile, a behind-the-scenes photo has been posted from the production of the ninth and final season of “The Flash”. The photo sees the return of Stephen Amell as Oliver Queen, Keiynan Lonsdale as Wally West and David Ramsey as John Diggle alongside Grant Gustin’s Barry Allen.

The actors are all helping to close out the Arrow-verse that began just over a decade ago and has spanned six live-action and two animated series and resulted in a little over 700 episodes across forty seasons.

“The Flash” returns on February 8th with thirteen episodes airing weekly. Barring any potential delays or interruptions, it should be airing its season finale on May 3rd.
