HBO Max has debuted first-look photos of John Corbett reprising his “Sex and the City” role of Aidan Shaw alongside Jessica Parker’s Carrie Bradshaw in the second season of the sequel series “And Just Like That”.

The follow-up series follows Carrie, Miranda (Cynthia Nixon) and Charlotte (Kristin Davis) as they navigate the even more complicated reality of life and friendship in their 50s. Aidan was a major love interest for Carrie in the third season. [Source: Instagram]

“Cheaper by the Dozen” and “Black-ish” star Leo Abelo Perry has joined the cast of “Fast X” as the son of Vin Diesel’s Dominic Toretto and Elsa Pataky’s Elena Neves. The character was seen as a baby in “The Fate of the Furious” in 2017, and later in 2021’s “F9” he’s seen living with Dom and stepmom Letty (Michelle Rodriguez) at their farmhouse. “Fast X” is set to premiere in theaters on May 19th. Oscar-nominee Aunjanue Ellis (“King Richard,” “Lovecraft Country”) has signed on to star in Ava DuVernay’s Netflix film adaptation of “Caste” based on Pulitzer Prize-winner Isabel Wilkerson’s bestselling nonfiction book.

The title explores the eight pillars that connect caste systems across civilizations, and demonstrates how our own era of intensifying conflict and upheaval has arisen as a consequence of caste. Filming is now underway in Georgia, with additional filming to take place in Germany and India. [Source: Variety]

Second Wife
Former “Lucifer” leading man Tom Ellis will star in, and executive produce the darkly comedic half-hour series “Second Wife” for Hulu and 20th Television.

“Tell Me Lies” creator Meaghan Oppenheimer and executive producer Emma Roberts will re-team on this romantic dramedy about a recently broken up woman (Roberts) who impulsively marries a recently divorced father (Ellis) she just met – and soon learn there’s a lot about each other they don’t know. Marvel’s Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur
Disney has released the official trailer for the kids animated series “Marvel’s Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur”, which debuts on the Disney Channel on February 10th with the first six episodes then becoming available on Disney+ on February 15th.

The series follows the adventures of 13-year-old super-genius Lunella Lafayette (aka Moon Girl) and her 10-ton T-Rex, Devil Dinosaur. After Lunella accidentally brings Devil Dinosaur into present-day New York City, the duo work together to protect the city’s Lower East Side from danger.
