Wyatt Russell (“The Falcon and the Winter Solider”) and Kerry Condon (“The Banshees of Inisherin”) are set to star in “Baghead” filmmaker Bryce McGuire’s supernatural thriller “Night Swim” for Atomic Monster, Blumhouse and Universal Pictures.
The project is based on the short film of the same name created by McGuire and Rod Blackhurst. The film is said to revolve around a hidden source of terror found in a backyard swimming pool.
The project marks the next official teaming of producers James Wan and Jason Blum following their box-office success with “M3GAN” this past weekend.
“Night Swim” is planning for a January 19th 2024 release with filming to get underway soon. Russell will soon be seen in the upcoming “Godzilla” series for Apple+ and the “Thunderbolts” film for Marvel Studios.
