At the end of 2018, Brandi visited the plastic surgery clinic Liftique, which is located in Newport Beach, California. Brandi’s caption revealed that she was “so excited to see the results” and implored her fans to follow Liftique and Michael Hakimi’s Instagram to see her before and after photos. While RHOBH star Brandi didn’t reveal the specific procedures she’d had done by the plastic surgeon, a repost from the now-deleted Liftique Instagram wrote that Brandi received a skin-tightening treatment.

Brandi partnered with the beauty and skincare line eCosmetics shortly after denying rumors of receiving additional plastic surgery in late 2020. Posing among a plethora of eCosmetics products, Brandi wrote that she was “obsessed with makeup and skincare products” and was excited to browse their selection of more than 800 items. While fans on Instagram left comments about their own experiences with eCosmetics, they were also discussing the lengths Brandi has gone to ensure that she continues to look young. RHUGT season 2, which fans had been anticipating for months partially due to the feud between Vicki Gunvalson and The Real Housewives of New York City alum Dorinda Medley, premiered on June 23, 2022. The week before, Brandi visited microblading artist Kellie Collins to shape and fill in her eyebrows ahead of the first episode. Brandi praised her by saying, “If you need microblading, she’s your girl.” The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum not only sported thicker and darker eyebrows in the photo alongside Kellie but also had noticeably plumper lips. While Brandi’s lips look like they were slightly exaggerated with lip liner, it’s evident that, like almost all of the other women on RHOBH, Brandi has benefited from plastic surgery.
