Amazon Studios has released the full-length trailer for the second and final season of its 1970s-set action thriller “Hunters” which returns January 13th 2023 exclusively on Prime Video.

The first season followed a diverse band of Nazi hunters living in 1977 New York City who discover that numerous escaped Nazi officers are conspiring to create a Fourth Reich in the United States. It scored fairly solid, but not great, reviews with Al Pacino scoring a Golden Globe nomination.

The new season begins when an accident derails their exploits in Europe and so the Hunters must band back together to hunt down history’s most infamous Nazi, Adolf Hitler, who is hiding in South America.

Meanwhile, a look to the past reveals Meyer Offerman (Al Pacino) encountering a dangerous threat that could unravel his secret and expose his true identity, with explosive reverberations for our Hunters. Pacino had a major role in the first season but is mostly on the sidelines this time out.

Logan Lerman, Dylan Baker, Jerrika Hinton, Lena Olin, Josh Radnor, Tiffany Boone, Carol Kane, Louis Ozawa, Kate Mulvany, and Greg Austin while Jennifer Jason Leigh joins the cast as top Nazi hunter Chava whilst Udo Kier is set to play Hitler.

The series is created, written, and executive produced by David Weil (“Solos,” “Twilight Zone,” “Invasion”) with Jordan Peele also serving as an executive producer. All eight episodes of the new run will be released on that date.
