With a third “Wonder Woman” film on ice in the wake of Patty Jenkins’ exit and the complete overhauling of the DC universe, a new report has indicated that actress Gal Gadot could be returning to the other franchise for which she’s most famous.

According to The Direct, their sources indicate that Gadot is attached to reprise her role as Gisele Yashar in the “Fast and Furious” franchise for the upcoming tenth entry “Fast X” opening on May 19th.

If accurate, Gadot would be joining her fellow DCEU star Jason Momoa in the sequel. How is the obvious question considering her character was seemingly killed off falling out of a fast-moving plane on the endless runway of the finale set piece of “Fast & Furious 6”

Then again, the franchise has brought back supposedly dead characters before after a few film break, including Sung Kang’s Han Lue and Michelle Rodriguez’s Letty Ortiz. Gadot starred in the fourth through sixth features in what was her first international film performance before she went on to be cast as Wonder Woman shortly after.

She also filmed a cameo for a flashback scene in “Furious 7”, but that scene was excluded from the film’s final cut. It’s something she’s familiar with as a supposed cameo she shot for next year’s “The Flash” film has also reportedly been cut from that movie.

Gadot has no shortage of projects on the horizon, including Netflix’s “Heart of Stone,” Disney’s live-action remake of “Snow White,” and playing classic Hollywood actor and inventor Hedy Lamarr for a TV series.
